<dd>Em um recipiente, peneire a farinha de trigo, faça uma cova no centro e coloque a manteiga, o creme de leite e o fermento em pó. Misture-os com as pontas dos dedos, até que a massa solte completamente das mãos. Deixe descansar por cerca de 30 minutos na geladeira. Abra a massa, forre uma forma de fundo removível (22 cm de diâmetro), fure o fundo com um garfo e asse em forno médio-alto (200°C), por cerca de 20 minutos.</dd>
<dt><b>Recheio:</b></dt>
<dd>Em uma tigela, misture bem o leite <span itemprop="name">condensado </span>com o suco de limão. Incorpore o creme de leite e as raspas de limão.</dd>
<dt><b>Merengue:</b></dt>
<dd>Em uma panela, misture as claras e o açúcar e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo vigorosamente sem parar, por cerca de 3 minutos, tirando a panela do fogo por alguns instantes a cada minuto, continuando a mexer, para não cozinhar. Retire do fogo e em uma batedeira, bata por cerca de 5 minutos ou até dobrar de volume. Desligue a batedeira, recheie a torta com o creme de limão, cubra-a com a cobertura. Retorne a torta ao forno por cerca de 10 minutos, para dourar o merengue. Sirva gelada.</dd>
<dt><b>Congelamento:</b></dt>
<dd>Se desejar, congele a torta sem a cobertura de merengue. Conserve por até 3 meses em freezer ou duplex. Para descongelar, deixe a torta por cerca de 3 horas em geladeira. Cubra com o merengue e leve ao forno baixo (150°C), preaquecido, por cerca de 15 minutos. Sirva.</dd></dl>

<dd>Bata os ovos até dobrar de volume. Acrescente o açúcar e continue batendo até ficar bem fofo. Misture delicadamente a farinha e o Chocolate em Pó. Despeje em fôrma de aro removível (25cm de diâmetro), untada e enfarinhada, e asse em forno médio-alto (200ºC), preaquecido, por 20 minutos. Reserve.</dd>
<dt>Mousse:</dt>
<dd>Coloque em uma panela o Creme de Leite com o Chocolate picado. Leve ao fogo em banho-maria, mexendo até obter um creme liso. Retire do fogo e reserve. Acrescente à gelatina cinco colheres (sopa) de água e aqueça em banho-maria até que dissolva. Acrescente a gelatina ao creme de chocolate, misturando bem. Reserve. Bata na batedeira as claras em ponto de neve, adicione o açúcar e deixe bater até formar um merengue. Misture delicadamente as claras ao creme de chocolate. Cubra a massa com a mousse e leve à geladeira por cerca de 4 horas. Desenforme a torta no momento de servir e decore com raspas de chocolate.</dd></dl>

<strong>Modo de preparo:</strong><br />
<strong>Massa</strong><br />
Triture os biscoitos no liquidificador e peneire em uma vasilha. Acrescente o açúcar, a canela e a manteiga já derretida e misture bem com uma colher. Coloque a massa em uma forma de fundo removível e asse a base em um forno a 180º por 7 minutos.<br />
<br />
<strong>Recheio</strong><br />
Bata em uma batedeira o cream cheese, limpando as bordas sempre com o auxílio de uma espátula. Acrescente o sal e o açúcar previamente peneirado e, por último, acrescente o creme de leite, os ovos e a essência de baunilha e bata novamente na batedeira. Separe. Tire a massa do forno, disponha o recheio por cima da massa e volte a assar em fogo 100º por 55 minutos.<br />
Obs: fique atenta à consistência, talvez tenha que deixar por mais tempo, o recheio deve ficar bem firme.<br />
<br />
<strong>Cobertura</strong><br />
Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela e misture bem, deixando-os cozinhar em fogo baixo até que as frutas tenham se desmanchado bastante. Tire do fogo, bata o resultado em um liquidificador e peneire. Após tirar a massa já com o recheio do forno, acrescente a cobertura.<br />

<li>1/3 de xícara de açúcar de confeiteiro</li>
<li>1 envelope de gelatina sem sabor</li>
<li>1/3 de xícara de água</li>
<li>2/3 de xícara de açúcar de granulado</li>
<li>1/2 de xícara de glucose de milho (o popular <a href="http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR2NgYpPe5xTNmHjqSj1HFZtNZXgTaKprXYxxuuo0GDurTk0kOFmg">Karo</a>)</li>
<li>Uma pitada de sal</li>
<li>1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha</li>
</ul>

<li>Peneire a maisena e o açúcar de confeiteiro numa vasilha. Unte levemente uma forma de 20cm x 20cm e respingue uma colher de chá da mistura da maisena com o açúcar nela, até que o fundo e as laterais estejam cobertos.</li>
<li>Coloque a gelatina na água numa panela e deixe por 5 minutos. Adicione o açúcar granulado, ligue o fogo e mexa em fogo brando até que a gelatina e o açúcar dissolvam.</li>
<li>Na vasilha de uma batedeira, coloque a mistura de gelatina acima, glucose de milho, sal e baunilha e bata por 15 minutos em velocidade alta, até a massa crescer.</li>
<li>Espalhe a massa fofa na forma untada e aplaine seu topo. Deixe por 2 horas ou até endurecer.Não precisa ir à geladeira.</li>
<li>Com uma faca molhada, corte a massa do marshmallow em pedacinhos enrole cada um na maisena e açúcar.</li>
<li>Coloque os marshmallows numa forma de bolo coberta com papel toalha e os deixe secar lentamente. Armazene-os de forma impermeável e eles irão durar um mês. </li>

O unico problema é que eles não ficam lindinhos como os da foto, pois a mistura é muito pegajosa, mas ficam uma delicia!<br />
